Eat well,exercise and loose weight

The two most vital things that you need to do to lose weight is to exercise and eat well.

If you do one of these without the other, then chances are it won't be as effective and it will take much longer for you to lose the weight.

Exercise:

You need to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day you have to be active and not just sit the whole day. Get into a habit of being fairly active - walking instead of taking a bus, for instance. You don't necessarily need a gym membership or anything like that, but take up some kind of hobby that gets you moving out in the fresh air. I would recommend any form of cardio, as this is what burns fat most effectively.

Cardio could involve anything from dancing, running, playing a sport, cycling etc. Anything that will get you out of breath and that will get your heart pumping.

Push-ups, sit ups, and lunges are also a very effective way to burn some calories and build up your muscles. They might not actually make you lose any weight because as your muscles become stronger, they also get heavier. However these exercises are vital if you want a sculpted, toned body to go with your weight loss.

Healthy Eating:

Avoid drinking sugary soda and make sure to stay hydrated with water instead. When you are thirsty, only drink water. Water contains no calories and no carbs, but it is very good for you, making it the perfect drink to drink when you are trying to lose weight.

Avoid processed foods, too much wheat/gluten or dairy, and cut out as much unnatural sugar as possible!

As sad as it sounds, you will need to cut out high carbohydrate foods such as bread and pasta. This sort of food gets digested very quickly, although they are high in calories, they will leave you hungry later, so likely to eat more.

Eat a lot of fruit, veg and fish. These three foods are packed full of all the vital vitamins and nutrients that the human body needs. This diet doesn't sound very exciting, but there are plenty of recipes that will spice up your veg and make them a tasty, filling meal.

I will also recommend drinking Chinese tea.Because Chinese tea has a history of over 5000 years in China, and it has been a daily beverage for most Chinese.

There are many varieties of Chinese tea, such as white tea, green tea, black tea,pu'er tea and so on. In ancient times, Chinese people recognized the benefits of all kinds of tea.

For example, green tea is helpful for losing weight, black tea for preventing heart disease, and pu'er tea for facial beautification as well as hypertension. Nowadays, more and more young people take tea in order to lose weight or for facial beautification.

And if you can afford a professional seek one for help, when it comes to exercise and diet, since everybody has a unique metabolism, a unique shape and different 'target' weight loss areas.

A personal trainer will be able to work with you closely to help you achieve the desired results personal to you.He/she will prescribe you a mix of cardio and weight training to reach your goal.He/she will also be able to supply you with a food plan,  that best corroborates your exercise regimen.

It is important not to skip meals whilst trying to lose weight, since this cheat rarely works.

How you can break kidney stones without surgery.

As having experienced hundreds of these damn things over the past 8 years or so and have had surgery a couple times when they were too large to pass.  A lot of this depends on what the stone is made of. There are 2 types; Calcium and Urich Acid.

Calcium ones can be broken up by using Ultrasound sometimes but not so with Urich ones. Information from reliable Nurses and X-ray Techs and DRs on this, and they say coke and lots of it can help break them too.

Otherwise you may just have to pass it but once vomiting starts, because of extreme pain, head for ER.  Most can pass stones up to 4-5MM but anything larger needs surgery.  I can now pass up to 9MM and don't even feel them go thru anymore.

Blood in the urine is a good sign the stone is slowly moving but they don't pass quickly as last time I had to go to ER for an enormous one.  It took almost 3 weeks after ER visit to pass but it broke up on way out.

If you have recurring stones like I do, the DRs can put you on Allopurinol, a 50s med that helps dissolve Urich Acid which also causes Gout.  So most of what I've learned is drink and drink to create back pressure to blow that baby right on out.

And I’ve also heard a couple of beer a week will also help prevent them, but sweet iced tea is kidney stones best friend.
I really sympathize with you here and pray for a quick passing.

Also Diladid is great for pain but has to be given intravenously at ER. Another point that may help, I’ve been told is when you’re sleeping, trying to lay on the opposite side of where the stone is reliefs.
